The HCI Power List serves as a guide to inspirational leaders who are shining examples of care excellence and innovation. Please find the nomination form below.
From chief executives and operating officers, to compliance directors and branch managers, the Power List celebrates the people whose mission is to drive positive change in the sector, providing job opportunities that are fulfilling and constantly pushing for quality improvement.
The categories are:
Business Executives
This category pays tribute to the figureheads piloting some of the most prominent home care providers in the country. The decisions they make and the projects they green-light all start off a chain of events that enable their business to perform and flourish.
Quality and Compliance Champions
This category recognises the directors who refuse to stand still when it comes to driving improvement and promoting a compliant across their businesses.
Care Innovators
From CEOs to registered managers, Care Innovators are individuals who have come up with new and exciting ideas to support staff and improve client outcomes.
Voice of the Industry
This category honours inspirational leaders of representative bodies for care providers across the UK. These individuals are dedicated to campaigning for reform within the social care sector.
Young Trailblazers
Young Trailblazers at the cutting edge of our vibrant social care scene, creating fresh ideas to excite and inspire their teams and the wider market.
Organisations are free to nominate individuals from within their own businesses. Nominations close on Thursday, June 1.
The Power List will be produced as part of the July edition of HCI and distributed to an audience of care providers.
