Currently the conversion of a former hotel is taking place into 10 x 1-bedroom self-contained apartments ranging from 40.1sqm to 60.3sqm. This strategic development will form part of the housing pathway for those with mental health needs and / or Autism who may require step-up or step-down services.

The design is focused on supporting individuals to live as independently as possible and the central location provides easy access to local amenities. The service will contribute to the local job market and promote integration into the community.
