Hilary Woodhead joined NAPA as Executive Director in September 2019. Hilary has nearly 30 years experience working directly with adults with care and support needs in a variety of project management, service improvement and staff development roles across the Health, Housing and Social Care Sector. Hilary has spent the majority of her career specialising in the care and support of people living with dementia, she is passionate about ensuring people are supported to live a meaningful life and experience quality engagement and care in a supportive environment.
