Ciara is responsible for running the AI and Digital Regulations Service. This is a collaboration between regulatory partners. The service offers information, advice and support on regulation and health technology assessment to developers and adopters of AI and data-driven technologies in health and care.
Before joining NICE, Ciara was a Project Director at a language service provider in London, working with contract research organisations across the globe to deliver clinical trials. Ciara has a first-class honours degree in Russian and Arabic, and a Master’s in Applied Translation from the University of Leeds.
