Dan O’Shaughnessy is the Head of Programme Delivery for Better Security, Better Care – a nationwide programme that supports the Adult Social Care sector with data protection and cyber security.

Dan possesses a broad spectrum of experience in social care, accumulated over the years, but he specialises in data analysis. He regularly deciphers national compliance data with the Data Security & Protection Toolkit and supports the programme’s partners to identify gaps and where to best focus their efforts. Dan is most passionate about using data to help the sector make informed decisions and drive positive change in care.
