With a varied carer in the care sector for over 20yrs, Emma’s experience has been in front line care ranging from Care Assistance to Registered Care Manager.  Over the last 8years though, Emma has focused on Learning and Development in the sector and her passion is making sure that all staff have the tools and skills they need to provide outstanding care and wellbeing.  Emma now works with her team to bring meaningful activities and content to individuals, making sure that they are adapted to suit all. The team also pride itself on delivering wellbeing training to enhance the staff knowledge and make sure all wellbeing provision is person centred, creative and engaging.
