Having originally trained in the hospitality sector, Iain studied Nutrition and Dietetics, followed by some time in America studying Behavioural Performance Management and Leadership.
Iain set up The Care Connector Network in 2020 during the height of the pandemic to help support all those involved in social care, he is currently transitioning the network into a Not-For-Profit to help provide training and support for unpaid carers.
He is currently the Professional Speaking Association's Regional President, for Scotland.
