Jonathan is Group Sustainability Director of leading specialist care and education provider CareTech, the first holder of this role for the company. Jonathan has overseen the development of CareTech plc’s CARE4 Responsible Business Strategy, by which the company will continue to deliver its powerful social purpose and create value for all stakeholders by managing its business effectively, ethically and profitably.

Jonathan is also the founder CEO of the CareTech Foundation, the leading corporate foundation in the social care sector. The award-winning Foundation supports and champions the social care sector, carers and those living in care through its four grant streams.
