Laura Joined Berkley Care Group in June 2021, bringing with her 20 years' experience in the care sector, working across a variety of different settings, most recently as Operations Director for Bupa’s retirement living business Richmond Villages.
Before taking over as CEO, Laura was responsible for leading the operations, quality and sales teams at Berkley Care Group. Laura is passionate about putting the customer first and ensuring that the group consistently delivers the highest standard of care and hospitality to residents.
