Lianne Ford is the Head of Nursing at Exemplar Health Care, a 52-home care provider for adults living with a range of complex and high acuity needs. Having started her nursing career in the NHS, Lianne has spent the last decade working in the social care sector as well as developing strong partnerships with a range of Nursing Schools to increase awareness of, and practical placements within, social care.
