Nadra Ahmed is a social care expert and public speaker. She is also the executive co-chairman of the National Care Association (NCA). She has been involved in the field of social care for over 40 years and until 2005 was the registered manager of two private care homes for older people, having developed and run services since 1981 which included a homecare service.
