With over 15 years of experience in the digital and IT industry, Hayley is a founder and digital care expert who is passionate about delivering innovative solutions for the health and social care sector. She has a strong background in professional services, partnerships, and P&L management, having led multiple teams and projects across the UK, Australia, and India.

Hayley has managed large-scale technology transformation projects for many providers, most recently contributing to a digitisation project for the NHS, which won the Health Investors Tech Provider of the Year award in 2022.

Currently, she is a Strategic Growth Lead at Sona, the next generation workforce management solution, where she leverages her expertise and network to create positive impact and value for the Care sector.
