Paula is a registered nurse with a wealth of experience in Social Care. including being a registered Manager, regional manager and CCG care quality inspector. She is affectionately known as the Mary Poppins of Social Care as she has a lot of useful tools in her bag. Paula primarily works as an independent care quality consultant helping CQC regulated providers ensure quality and compliance, while supporting managers and staff. She is also an employer engagement executive at National Association of care and Support workers and an employability mentor for Princes Trust. Paula believes a successful care business has an emphasis on quality.
