Sabina has built considerable expertise in immigration matters over 20 years of practice, amassing deep experience in both business and personal immigration matters.

Her caseload includes work-based visas and matters relating to sponsor licences, Innovator Founder visas and Global Talent visas, as well as family visas, settlement visas and EU Settlement Scheme matters.

As part of a broad-based and full-service immigration practice, Sabina offers corporate immigration support to Acuity’s corporate client base, including sector-based immigration advice to our Healthcare team.

Prior to joining Acuity, Sabina led the Immigration department at a leading national firm, having previously managed her own law practice for nearly a decade.

She was a founding member of the Birmingham Law Society Immigration Committee, which she now chairs, and was awarded Solicitor of the Year at the 2023 British Asian Professional Awards.
