I have worked in social care for nearly 9 years.  In that time, I have predominantly supported care businesses with business growth and development, working and with around 70 home care companies.  I have held business development roles within Home Instead and Caremark and also ran my own consultancy business for 4.5 years.  My main areas of expertise are private client marketing, leadership training and change management projects.

Prior to working in social care, I was in financial services for 18 years and supported over 400 financial planning businesses through significant regulatory change, as well as working on transition projects within financial services in the UK, Ireland, South Africa and Hungary, Social care is going through a similar change now.
