The Care Workers' Charity was set up in 2009 by care sector leaders to provide financial and emotional support to care workers in the UK and advocate on their behalf for improved pay and conditions. Since 2020, we have distributed over £4.3 million in grants benefitting over 7000 care workers via our online application process. In this session, our CEO Karolina Gerlich will talk about how we've been using our website and customer relationship management systems to support care workers through the cost of living crisis.
