It is widely accepted that organisations need to be offering ‘Person centred and Trauma Informed Models of Care’. We will explore what this means for people who access services and staff particularly working in environments where individuals display distressed behaviours. The session will explore the extent of Trauma within the care sector and ask how we can build resilience within staff teams.
