The Digitising Adult Social Care Programme (DiSC) is a joint programme of NHS England and DHSC professionals, focusing on delivering the government’s commitment to digital transformation of the adult social care sector outlined in the 2021 white paper, People at the Heart of Care. Louise has been working closely with providers who have adopted digital social care records (DSCRs) in order to surface the benefits achieved. This presentation will explore the benefits providers have seen for themselves and the people that they care for.
