Jonathan Cunningham is a decorated solider who has seen operational experience in Northern Ireland, Bosnia and Iraq. In 2017 he was 'parachuted' in to his mothers owned failing nursing home. He then embarked on radical turning around to save the home. As Jonathan describes 'It wasn't rocket science' he merely focused on building a battle winner team that believed in themselves.
