Firstly, how the use of targets and measures can provide value to person and organisation as well as the health and care of the service user. Any innovation within technology must provide value for it to be worthwhile to implement in a care facility. This session will look at the ways in which technology can add value and be better integrated into health and care systems. Daniel will also discuss the importance of considering the process as a whole that new digital transformation technology is fitting into and how this can be redesigned to better accommodate these changes. Finally, this session will explain the importance of return of your investment and how to make sure your investments in technology in care are worthwhile.
