Care Connector Network Launches Survey to Explore Systems, Processes, and Infrastructure in the UK Care Sector


The Care Connector Network has launched a sector-wide survey designed to explore the systems, processes, and infrastructure used within care provider practice. 

This initiative aims to gather real-world insights from sector workers, helping to identify what is working well, where improvements are needed, and how the industry can better support care professionals.
Understanding the operational challenges and efficiencies within care organisations is crucial with ongoing pressures, including workforce shortages, compliance demands, and evolving regulations. 
The Care Connector Network Survey seeks to highlight the key areas that impact the quality and effectiveness of care provision.

Why This Survey Matters

Understanding Provider Challenges: The survey allows care professionals to share their experiences of workplace systems, operational processes, and digital or manual infrastructures used in daily practice.

Shaping More Effective Support: The findings will help identify areas where better tools, training, or structural improvements could smooth and improve care delivery.

Driving Industry-Wide Change – Data-driven insights will be shared with sector leaders, policymakers, and training providers to improve workflows, reduce administrative burdens, and enhance care outcomes.

In collaboration with The Care Workers’ Charity and The CPD Group, the Care Connector Network will analyse the survey findings and produce structured feedback to support sector improvement. Additionally, it will develop conversational content, discussions, and industry events, encouraging care professionals to engage in meaningful dialogue about the survey results and contribute to positive change.

How to Get Involved
The survey is open to all care providers, managers, and frontline staff and takes just a few minutes to complete. Participants will also receive personalised insights based on their responses, helping them benchmark their experiences against industry trends.
